Angela Peters
Head of Operations/Project Manager & Producer
As a Salzburg Global Fellow (2024) and award-winning producer, Angela Peters is redefining the business of arts in Africa. With a portfolio that boasts Africa’s first Mixed Reality Theatre performance, “Dear Beloved Friend” (Golden Calf Award for Best Digital Culture at the Netherlands Film Festival 2023.), and “Sandscape,” the longest-touring play in Nigeria’s modern theatre, showcased in six countries across Europe and Africa, Angela has established herself as a force in the creative industry.
As Head of Operations and Projects at Kininso Koncepts Productions, Angela leads large-scale productions, artist development programs, and international partnerships. She also directs the Kininso International Festival of Theatre (KIFT), Nigeria’s premier festival for early years, children, and teenage audiences, offering workshops and training for creatives, teachers, and caregivers.
A certified Leadership and Project Management expert, Angela has trained at Daystar Leadership Academy, Lagos, Luxury Academy London, and Lagos Business School Pan-Atlantic University. She is currently pursuing a BBA in Product Management at Nexford University.

Angela founded Directors Roundtable (DRT), Nigeria’s first all-female directors’ workshop, and has collaborated with Watershed Bristol and Fratz International Festival Berlin. Driven by excellence, social impact, and cultural advancement, Angela Peters continues to champion creativity and leadership across Africa’s performing arts landscape.
