Beyond the ability to see what many cannot, then making them see it clearly, taking risks, making strategic decisions, being adaptable, analytical, empathetic, leading a team, having control and propelling the creative process.

You have to be able to see the big picture. You are the vision man. Directing is a sweet-bitter process. And when it fails, you fall, you fall along. Could this be the reason many are refraining from it?

DIRECTORS ROUND TABLE

A Workshop/Training/Mentorship program in collaboration with Beeta Art Universal Foundation, NANTAP, Paw Studio, One Six Productions, Niji Akanji, and Kininso Foundation. The aim is to train/Mentor fifteen young female directors between the ages of 20-35 years in the art of directing for film and theatre. Featuring facilitators such as Biola Alabi, Bikiya Graham Douglas, Adeola Osunkojo, Niyi Akinmolayan, Toyin Oshinaike, Kenneth Uphopho, Olasunkanmi Adebayo, and Joshua Alabi. The first edition of DRT was held in 2019.

KF LAB

KF Lab is a training program organised by Kininso Koncepts in collaboration with Watershed Bristol, supported by the British Council Nigeria. Our goal is to help creatives learn how to create consumer   appealing contents/products and explore different ways to make profits off their creative works while taking advantage of Digital media to drive sales.  The training which focuses on Digital Storytelling and the Business of Creativity will run from the 2nd-7th of August 2021. As an organisation with a keen interest in the development of young minds, we designed KF  Lab to help creatives (SME’s/ creative entrepreneurs, cinematographers, animators, editors, photographers, fashion designers, etc) Kininso Koncepts is intentional about impacting the young minds. We regularly craft and strategize new ideas that aims to impact knowledge, harness talent and improve growth through capacity building within the creative sector.
