Esther is a dedicated and community-oriented professional with a strong passion for advocacy, child protection, and community impact. With a National Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology, she brings a blend of academic excellence, craft and vocational skills, music composition, leadership experience, and a heart of service to every role she undertakes.

Currently working as an Administrative Assistant and Community Engagement Officer at Kininso, Esther has supported and cordinated Kininso’s annual Childrens Festival, KIFT which has been supported by notable organisations NGO’ and INGO’s. Her passion for advocacy and children’s safety and development sets her apart exploring creative learning workshops styles to engage them.

She also works with the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA) in the Child Protection and Safeguarding Unit, where she advocates for vulnerable children, engaging stakeholders, and promotes community awareness on child safety and SGBV prevention.

Beyond this, she has volunteered with Bright Achievers School (Slum to School Initiative by Footprint of David Arts Foundation), where she worked closely with children in underserved communities, supported access to education, engaged parents, and promoted the value of schooling. This experience deepened her passion for educational equity and community development.

Her background also includes experience in education, administration, community engagement, and the creative sector, where she has partnered with notable organizations such as the Netherlands Consulate General Lagos, Goethe Institut, German Consulate Lagos, Tag International, and UKAID. Through these collaborations, she contributed to impactful initiatives that empower young people, foster resilience, and prevent crime.

In addition, she is a professional make-up artist, offering beauty and styling services for events, media, and special occasions. She combines creativity with professionalism, client care, and attention to detail, delivering services that inspire confidence and satisfaction.
