Social Media Manager:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Managing social media accounts and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Planning and executing social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
  • Analyzing social media trends and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Video Editor

As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual content that captivates our audience and communicates our brand message effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Editing and enhancing video footage to produce high-quality content.
  • Incorporating visual effects, graphics, and sound to enhance the video’s impact.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video projects.
  • Ensuring video projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new video editing techniques.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
  • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong knowledge of video production and post-production processes.
  • Creative mindset and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines.

Production Manager

As a Production Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and ensuring all elements come together seemlessly.

Responsibilities include:

  • The Production Manager monitors the budget, ensuring that expenses are within the allocated funds. They also oversee cost-effective procurement of production resources and equipment.
  • The Production Manager coordinates various production resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • The Production Manager collaborates with the technical team to plan and execute the technical aspects of the production. This includes lighting, sound, set design, props, costumes, and other technical elements.
  • The Production Manager serves as a central point of communication between the creative team, cast, crew, venue management, and other production personnel.
  • In the event of unforeseen challenges or emergencies, they make quick decisions, implement contingency plans, and ensure the continuity of the production while minimizing disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and industry standards.

Creative Practice Manager

Kininso is seeking a highly talented, ambitious and self motivated Creative Practice Manager who has experience in crafting and managing training, mentorship and capacity development programs while delivering excellent outcomes

The Creative Practice Manager is a newly created position that will directly manage a team of Careers & Professional arts, culture and business Practices with core project management and strategy skills in place. You will work across our teams of partners, participants, artists and creatives to support, develop and prepare them for future employment, further study, lifelong learning and a sustainable creative life. This will be done alongside our team and other development partners. You will be expected to have insight about the creative industry, overview of all creative business modules, arts practices and placement activities across the creative economy ensuring a consistent level of service that is fit for purpose for our beneficiaries.

The CPM is a varied role that requires excellent internal and external stakeholder management, you will ensure that partners work to deliver an inclusive embedded programme of creative education, information, advice, and guidance that will equip beneficiaries with the knowledge and skills to be successful in applications for both placements, entrepreneurship and highly skilled employment opportunities.

Roles and responsibilities

· Your main responsibility is to proactively generate new audiences and participants for performances and training programs.

· Strategic creative development and developing new creative formats as well as producing communications for media such as emails, direct mails, banners, outdoor, magazines, video etc

· Must be able to manage people, relationships and projects.

· Approaching clients and prospects is easy for you, setting up a yearly plan of attack with targets and strategy to chase the best creative work is a part of your skill set. You are responsible for managing partners, participants, faculty, students and projects.
